Our clinical services may be appropriate for individuals who:

  • Continue to experience significant symptoms despite standard treatments
  • Have been diagnosed with treatment-resistant or complex psychiatric conditions
  • Are seeking advanced interventional therapies delivered in a hospital setting
  • Have been referred by a healthcare provider for specialized psychiatric care

Eligibility for specific treatments varies and is determined through a comprehensive clinical assessment.

Most patients access our clinical services through a referral from a healthcare provider (such as a family physician or psychiatrist). Once a referral is received, our team will review it to determine eligibility and next steps.

A member of the clinical team will then contact you to:

Outline what to expect from assessment and care

Discuss your treatment history and current concerns

Explain available treatment options

We offer rTMS, ECT, and IV-Ketamine through our Interventional Psychiatry Program located at 17 Cardinal Carter Wing, 30 Bond Street, St Michaels Hospital.
